A partire dall’ 8 marzo possono essere presentate le domande di iscrizione al 5 per mille per l’anno 2021 da parte delle ASD in possesso dei requisiti previsti dal DPCM 23 aprile 2020.
Le ASD che sono presenti nell’elenco permanente 2021 (ammesse al beneficio nel 2020) pubblicato sul sito del CONI, www.coni.it. NON sono tenute a trasmettere nuovamente la domanda telematica di iscrizione al 5 per mille per il 2021 (Elenco permanente in allegato).
Rispetto agli anni precedenti sono state introdotte delle procedure più semplici per l’iscrizione al 5 per mille:
- la domanda va presentata entro il 12 aprile (il 10 aprile previsto dal Dpcm cade di sabato)
- è stato eliminato il doppio adempimento, domanda di iscrizione e successiva dichiarazione sostitutiva, prevedendo un’autocertificazione del possesso dei requisiti contestuale all’istanza di accreditamento; di conseguenza l’ASD richiedente non è tenuta a presentare una successiva e separata dichiarazione sostitutiva ai fini dell’attestazione dei requisiti per l’accesso al contributo come avveniva negli anni precedenti;
- per l’accreditamento delle associazioni sportive dilettantistiche, è competente il Comitato olimpico nazionale italiano che ha stipulato apposita convenzione con l’Agenzia delle Entrate per la gestione della procedura di iscrizione.
